Cate Russell Therapy

My name is Cate and I am a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist working in Waterford and the surrounding area. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, parts work, and elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, to create a personalized and supportive experience for each client.

I believe in the importance of authenticity and strive to create an environment whereby clients feel safe to explore their deepest emotions, even the most challenging ones, free from judgement.

My approach emphasizes compassion, creativity, and a deep respect for the unique journey of each individual.
