We, at Frothing Ferments are Artisan Food Producers, specialising in Lacto-Fermentation.
Our products, Raw Fermented Kimchi, Traditional Raw Sauerkraut, Kombucha and Lemon and Lime Water Kefir and Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce , are produced in a controlled environment. Our raw vegetable ferments are handmade and cultured in small batches for 2 to 4 weeks using the ancient technique of Lacto-Fermentation.
